The staff seems to be main problem.very unprofessional and obviously don't care about the job duties they have.there are 2 in particular younger employees that had the task of cleaning the cappuccino machines.I've worked in gas stations and know that mold will grow if not cleaned properly.they were laughing and talking about how they don't drink it so they didn't care.PLEASE do not drink from their cappuccino machine- it's a def health hazard.the only good employee is the older lady and I can see why she may be short to some people bc she has to deal w children who don't do their share of the work.this company could excel if they hired experienced friendly employees who take their job seriously.the pies are amazing tho if you can get through the ridiculous customer service.

Some employees there are great and some of the older ladies are very rude. They have great chicken salad. They do charge whatever they feel that day though I've paid at least three different prices on the same item only a day or two apart from the last time I bought it
