Stopped here today to get gas, the pay at the pump declined my card but this station deducted $103.33 from my bank account and not one drop of gas in my tank, tried to discuss this with the manager April, she could have cared less and blamed the transaction on my bank, will never use another Shell station again.

Stopped for fuel because we get fuel rewards with the Shell app. The gas pump said I had five cent reward, but it wouldn't let me use it. Told the attendant, who could not help, other than to say she could make it work inside. However, we wanted to fill up and had to prepay. Since we didn't know exactly how much it would take to fill up, we left and got fuel elsewhere.

Purchased multiple vapes, none worked. the store was full so I left to neither vapes working and tried to replace them and they would not let me.

Required to prepay inside even though they have card readers at the pump? Huh? Cashier couldn’t even get the prepay to work. Missed out on 36 gallons of premium. As a fellow Shell gas station owner, this can’t be acceptable for customers.

No Prices! A diet Pepsi and a bag of Sweet Baby Ray jerky was over $21. I asked why no prices were posted on the items and the answer I got is the company stocking items don't post prices. Really! RIP OFF!
