“Been with this pharmacy for nearly 20 years and I can say they really do care. Recently my providers office left me helpless with my medication that I have to have and had already been without for a couple days (due to the providers office not caring) and felt horrible and was dreading a weekend without it only to make me feel much worse. However Knights took amazing care of me and helped me work it out. If someone accidentally sends my RX somewhere else I have learned to get it sent to Knights asap!! “I really, really, DON'T appreciate having to listen to five minutes of a recording before I can even start the process of getting through to the pharmacy. I had a time sensitive issue with a medication that I need to take on time every day. I wound up having to wait untill the next day to get it.The only reason I used it this time was because my regular pharmacy was out of that particular medication, and I do not plan on using this pharmacy again unless I have to.With my regular pharmacy, I dial the number and a human picks up every time. No waiting, no going through all the options and extensions.”
“I had originally wanted to give a lower rating because I guess I go during their busiest times and always have a long wait. I transferred my 1 med filled there to CVS thinking it would be worth it saving my time. Nope, CVS doesn't take GoodRx for certain meds anymore making the cost $350. At Walgreens the same medication with a discount card is $30. Their prices definitely make me want to give them 5 stars because being disabled on many meds, cost is important.
Remember they are human being working there. I've seen people post they talk too much to other patients, are slow, etc. They are not robots, and honestly everyone I know talks while they work, so remember they are people too.”

“I have used Walmart for years for prescriptions but decided to try Berea Drug because it’s closer to me. Everyone who works there is so nice! They are super fast filling prescriptions and every single prescription I moved there from Walmart has been cheaper! I thought I was getting such a good deal with the Walmart prices when the real MVP was just down the road from me.”
