I went in for the first time in years , just to have my toenails painted . ( With my polish ) The young man , that took care of me , was extremely kind . Told him , it usually takes a long time for my toes to dry ... After about 15-20 minutes , I left and went next door , did a few things , I took my shoes off and all but two were smudged .... went back , and he repainted them ....this time , waited 5 minutes in between coats , and they suggested SNS next time ... Definitely my fault for not using their products !
Will be back ...

It was pretty busy but I didn’t have to wait long at all even though I was a walk in. My nail tech was super sweet and my nails turned out great!! I paid $50 for my set.

I was able to schedule an appointment and didn't have to wait! I got SNS and they turned out beautiful. I do wish they had more of a color selection in the SNS! ?
Edit: started chipping within the next few days.

Says they are open on both online and door until 8pm. Went at 7:00 and doors were locked but there were people sitting inside.

I walked in and staff didn't even greet me until like 2 minutes of me being there one employee had her AirPods in and asked me a couple times to repeat what i said which i found rude. the place smelled like bad food and the walls were an awful ugly green.

I tried to use this business, not once, not twice but 3 different times. Out of respect for other patrons, my time and the business I called ahead to schedule. Lady answered phone rudely for starters and they always do. I asked if they would prefer walk in, what wait was like or if I should schedule. She said appointment was better and today she gave be a specific time and I told her I would call back. I went to confirm w/ family and called ack a few mins later. I said to the rude lady answering the questions phone, I would like to go ahead and schedule the appointment for fill in at the time she just gave me. She said no! No I do not have that time, you will have to take another time and she gave me a time 2 hrs past the time I just was told she had and the way she said it was so nasty and I could not commute in my brain why she was just simply mean. I work in customer/client relations and I am appalled when I see behaviors like these. If you want success in business you should learn how to treat others with kindness.I decided today, I will never become a client in this shop. Sadly, they turned away and made clear that my money doesn’t matter. The unfortunate part is my referrals matter and I send a lot of people to places I shop. This place I would never recommend. They do not want to build a business. If they did they would work on how to answer a phone #1 and #2 realize that people like me will gladly go to another salon in another city. Your loss!
