First time , was impressed with the amount of firearms there and how organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. Had the firearm that my boyfriend and I wanted. Worked out a deal that we could not let them go. We will be going back to this place.

Do they do background checks here when purchasing a gun? I do have a record but no felonies, those charges are in another state. I was young and stupid now I need a gun for protection I have a crazy ex husband I have to protect me and my son anyone please help or let me know where I can buy one.

sells fake benchmade knifes! i just had a customer come into the gun shop i work at and wanted to know if his benchmade knife he just bought from isaacs was real. the shop that i work at is a dealer of benchmade and i had the exact knife that he had. we compared, and found out that he bought a fake benchmade from these guys for $100 dollars. nothing is worse than a store that sells fakes products and deems them to be real.even told them that isaacs was a real benchmade dealer. i do not recommend this place to anyone.

Have purchased all my guns from Issacs. The friendliest and most helpful people I've met in a very long time. You can put in layaway or buy straight out. They also sell ammo and accessories. They will buy your gun or put it pawn, depending on your choice. Discounts for using cash. I highly recommend them to everyone.Thank you Issacs Gun and Pawn.

First and last experience. Went in looked, decided to trade. At first the mother/son combo wouldnt price my gun. It was only after i told them what i was interested in that they informed me of “our cost is”. A quick google search displayed the average consumer cost to be over $1400 after taxes. This place offered me $700 trade in. When you trade firearms you clearly lose money but never half. (Maybe if the firearm was damaged), on a like new firearm half or less is completely ridiculous.Its a shame how the 2A community continues to get eat by its on! Ive said all along the firearms industry has been in on creating a supply/demand situation and driving prices up….the more stores i stop the more im proven correct.

From the Amish gift store to a pawn shop?Berea couldn’t do any better than this downgrade? Not that pawn shops aren’t a great way to save money… but this business was the last thing the city of Berea needed. The town had so much potential as shops began to open and attract visitors for hiking, lunch, and shopping, but now the only thing that people see when they get off the interstate is an excess of trashy fast-food restaurants, a super Walmart, over-crowded gas stations, and a pawnshop. Rather than art town, it now looks like a ghetto. So so sad…. :( Where is the city council??

Found this place because it use to be an Amish store years ago and we were in the area. Great selection of guns that I usually have to get over the internet but they had some things on my list. Good selection of ammo and accessories. Staff was very friendly.

Isaacs pawn is a great place to shop. Really friendly fellers there and a kind lady that runs the backgrounds and register. They do charge 3% if you are using a card, since the card companies do that to them, I saw one review complaining about adding 20 bucks to his order, almost every business in KY does this to recoup fees on transactions. Cash is King. I personally have purchased multiple fairly expensive items from Isaacs and I do appreciate that they treat me and my business like it means something to them. I tell you it bothers me a lot due to my upbringing when people treat me like I'm unwanted. I get treated good and in due time even when it's busy.
