They changed my phone plan and didn't notify me. The old one changed. Also they will let people into your accounts and private information illegally.

I bought a phone for my daughter for Christmas. She was loading it and started crying. Upon examination the phone was scratched on the front and back. I called apple and gave them the imea number. They informed me the phone was activated over 1.5 months ago and had 77 hours of use. Cricket allegedly has a 7 day return policy. They refused to return my money.I had to file a police report for theft. I Spoke with the owner and he said he would review the situation and get back. Never did. The alleged manager left me a note saying we spoke with our warehouse and the phone is new. No refund no return. when phones are returned these folks are reselling them as new. They tried to tell me Apple was wrong and their warehouse showed the phone was new. When the manager came out with the phone it was in a bag of pre opened phones. void buying a phone from cricket in Berea / Winchester. I videoed the event for the police. Go to Richmond cricket. Avoid buying phones from Berea/Winchester. Also, cricket is a franchise operation. Their customer service refuses to get involved with disputes. Buy your phone unlocked from eBay and avoid crickets 6 month no unlock policy.

Absolutely fantastic service! I explained my situation to the employee, she informed me I was eligible for an upgrade. She was very informative and knowledgeable about the products, helped me transfer everything and made me feel very comfortable with the new phone.I drive to the Berea Cricket store from Richmond just because of the service and knowledgeable. The employee spent time to make sure I was well informed before I left the store.Can't recall the employees name, but she is a super star.

The employees were friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and were able to help me find everything I was looking for. The only downside to this location is the limited amount of merchandise. They don't have a lot to choose from. Will return to this location for sure.
