Took my car in for replacement part. First 2 parts were repaired with used parts which failed. 3rd new part installed eventually failed too and issue was not resolved. Also they replaced my passengers side tire due to nail pickup on site without my permission which voided my 4 tire warranty replacement with Walmart. They are nice folks with good intentions however I will not be taking any vehicle I have back there.

Copes has given my 98 4runner years of extended life. Other garages wouldn't even work on it due to frame rust issues but Copes has taken care of it and I hope to get more years out of it.

Finally got to the point in my life where I'm tired of working on my vehicles!! And I damn well ain't paying the prices most of the shops have! Cope's is very reasonable on there pricing and they do great work. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them the everyone!

After many weeks of him having my boyfriends car, we had to go rent a trailer to tow it back to the house. He started by saying it would be done by Tuesday, once Tuesday came along he moved it to the weekend, and so on and so on. When dropping off the car it was in great condition, but when it was time to pick it up there was damage to the body and windshield. When we confronted him he tried to say it wasn’t his fault or problem. Do not go to this man
