The best gym around that offers multiple things for every walk of life. Whether you need low impact, or modified exercises due to injury or beginners or senior citizens the trainers and owners are absolutely fantastic

Just joined yesterday. Still learning about how to use all the equipment. Great gym. So far I think it's a great place for a good workout. I am trying to strengthen my legs and lower back and loose weight ?
Berea Fitness Open 24/7 is a full service gym. Our memberships include tanning, child care and free group fitness classes. We have 15,000 square feet of cardio equipment, strength equipment, strength circuit equipment, a large cardio classroom and more. We have a sister gym on campus called CrossFit Berea.
