Horrible office takes week or more to hear back from your appointment, test results or even messages regardless if they are marked emergent or not a response time should be withing 48 hours from what the system says. By far the worst communication i have ever seen from any medical office that me or anyone in my family have been apart of.

I took my son to Dr lee Barnwell for treatment. He was ferused treatment by Doctor Lee Barnwell for several infectious wounds. While in his office, Barnwell ripped a scab. Torn off of his back. Without placing damages place back on it, he left the office bleeding. Then he was told that he would not receive any treatment or any medication through his office and then the family filed grievance against Doctor Lee Barnwell. And the corruptit's so deep. They failed to tell the famimy when the court date was so he could get off of it. Scott free, so now the whole family is getting together and we're going to get a lawyer and take this criminal. That says he's a Doctor. Back to court and faced to face.we gonna tell the world exactly what he It mattered dot com dead to my son by ripping a scab off of his bact and then refusing to treat him because of his past straight up discrimination At its top-level.. The family seeks to have his medical licenseawesome. Just for you, removed terminately and permanently. And if not, japlenty of witnesses are ready to show for a court date if His crooked attorney provide it for The complainant and parents to show up to testify. It's an old trick.Don't let the people accusing. You know?Your court date and you will get out of Scott free. Not this time , doctor lee barnwell

Terrible office and rude staff. Will let patients linger for days with no treatment or test results and get rude when questioned. Will not call patients back or get involved with figuring out test results in order to treat their very sick patients. Do not recommend.

I’ve been under Dr. Little’s care now for over a half decade. The amount of Professionalism, kindness and respect Her and Her Staff have shown me far exceeds any prior treatment I was given by other Doctors and or Facilities.

The staff there are very rude, and typically unconcerned I’ve ran into this issue multiple times only with the same doctor and staff when dealing with the berea office.. since COVID. I’ll be taking my business else where and telling others to choose another place based off my own experiences. I would have given them less than 1 star.

The staff is phenomenal, the office is clean, and everything runs in an incredibly organized and efficient way. I despise making an appointment with a doctor and having the front desk staff treat me as if I’m annoying them by showing up, which is what I’ve experienced at many places. However, the staff here is always friendly and helpful.
