Have had 3 experiences here so far and each time something on my plan isnt explained well. I was overcharged for the plan and insurance policies and not told about a watch plan required before pay off.

So much better than Verizon, I had Verizon for years but they kept going up on my monthly bill so we went to at&t to see what their plans were and ended up switching there services is great and I saved over 150 a month with them compared to Verizon

I had an awesome experience at this AT&T store! I was switching from another provider on line at the ATT website, but my order got canceled for some reason. I went into the Berea location for help and the gentleman was able to solve the problem quickly, while also helping me leave my new line and my new phone. Overall I think this location does an outstanding job helping their customers.

Needed an upgrade on my phone bought a iPhone 15 pro max and Megang and the store manager Jeremy was very helpful getting everything switched over. They explained everything so well tome. Very satisfied customer and I would recommend them to anyone! Also ended up buying my first Apple Watch as well. Very pleased with both products and customer service I got from them!!

Had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store in Berea, KY. Megan and Jeremy were awesome and I would definitely recommend this store if you need any help or services. Their patience and expertise were commendable! Will use this store for any assistance and purchases I require. 5 star shout out to Megan and Jeremy!!!! You deserve it!

We traded in a phone in April and have yet to receive the credit for it. Turns out the employee typed in the wrong phone number to receive the credit. We told them at the time it was wrong, they said they would fix it and did not.It’s not August, and they’re “working on it” but we’re getting really tired of an increased monthly bill to pay for a new phone we shouldn’t have to pay for. The managers lack of empathy and seeming lack of effort are incredibly off putting. He tells me he’ll take care of it, but I don’t see him on the phone or at a computer ever. I’m just told it’s not a problem they can fix, it has to be handled by corporate. Funny thing is, when I call the AT&T hotline, they say the store has to fix it…..
