I am in love with the hand-made earrings here. I had no idea they were made by the owner, which now makes them extra special. The clothes here are also fashion forward with a reasonable price tag, I loved having the staff help me find great items for a brand photo shoot.

Maybe the only guy writing a review. But..they held a pair of shoes I wanted to get my wife for early Mother's Day. I work midnights and couldn't get there ASAP. Great customer service. Wife is happy. Thanks!!

The owner's and staff are hardworking and go out of their way to assist the customers in anyway possible. Rossi Oliver is a very unique independent boutique that's one of kind in this area. I highly recommend checking it out. Gorgeous clothes, accessories and like I said top notch customer service!!
