Kimberlee Copeland at Park Avenue Properties helped me purchase my first home. I was very young at the time, so many realtors would not take me seriously. Very polite, warm and welcoming staff. Not only did I feel welcome, but I felt like every word I said mattered and I wasn't just another face . I spend a lot of time in businesses every day, and there's not many out there that are as close knit and warm as this group here. I have no doubt that they want the best for every single person that they meet. I work with multiple businesses every day, and it takes a lot for me to write a review. I have worked with at least 20 Realtors this year, and I definitely put Park Avenue properties at the top of my list.

Felt taken advantage of. Kim Copeland never informed me the buyer of the house was her boss. Just an agent in the office. I also told her I would pay nothing, and she still charged me 6% commission instead of charging the buyer. Be Aware.

The park has a small town vibe to it. The Manager, Cindy is a delight.However, the owners have a big problem with coming up with money for repairs. They hire the cheapest labor they can get, and you get what you pay for.

Poor maintenance. Slumlord mentality. Unit I'm in the roof leaks. I'm only heating 1 room the rest of the Apt is closed off. My electric bill was $300 to heat 100 sg ft.
