Car wouldn’t start so gave them a call and they were quick to come and help thankfully because it was a real hot day today. Ended up needing gas but driver still checked everything else to make sure we were good. He was very friendly and helpful. Would call them again if needed.

Really appreciated the help today. The driver travelled over to I-24 to help us with a tire. God love and impact drive. We thought he was fairly timely for where we were at. And he was helpful and kind. Thanks again for the help today. We made it back to Kansas City thanks to your help.

We had flat on pontoon boats in middle of lbl ......land between lakes 6:30 in the afternoon left boat there called Mitchell came put new tire on delivered boat to my house that evening I would recommend them anytime!!very friendly and efficient Tks again

Had a vehicle towed from local auction house not a big job was not there to help them load but the driver had some kind of problem’s with the auction place when loading the truck and his attitude toward my wife and myself was not like when we used Mitchell’s before twice in one week this was a different driver attitude and almost double what it costed before driver said he was new and not there very long but don’t take it out on the customer if you can’t handle the job at hand customer service goes a long way but truck did get delivered that was about it as towing goes hope the driver was just having a off day and it get betterService: Local hauling

My fiancè, toddler, and I were traveling back home from Georgia when our car broke down right when we got to Paducah. It was a Saturday afternoon and we were only halfway through our trip. We ended up needing a new sarpentine belt. Seth with Mitchell's towing was there to get us within 10 minutes of us calling, called O'Reilly's to put the part we needed on hold, then took us to O'Reilly's and helped us put the part on. We were back on the road within 2 hours of breaking down. This is BY FAR the best experience I've ever had with a towing company!!

My car broke down in town. Called for towing and received immediate response from Mitchell's Towing. They were so friendly and nice. They were there in 20 minutes and had me taken care of and back home in no time! I highly recommend Mitchell's Towing and will definitely use them if I find myself in this situation again.
