I have been doing business with the Benton discount pharmacy for several years now. I enjoy working with Sandy in the home medical department. Always greeted by name. She is kind and quick to get the answers to any questions I have. Very easy to work with when purchasing medical supplies for the home. Very friendly & family oriented pharmacists.

Great folks to work with. I prefer using locally owned businesses as much as possible and Benton Pharmacy has been great since I started using them some time ago. Very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

My uncle has skin cancer, and just had surgery on his face today, he had cancer removed. He's been a loyal customer to Benton pharmacy and went through the drive thru to fill his pain medication. A blonde lady with glasses bold face lied to us in he drive thru stating she was not authorized to run his insurance and see the cost, which should have been 12 cents like always. Which is a lie. LAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. (SANDY) VERY INCOMPETENT. I SHOULD HAVE KNOW WHEN HER DESK AREA WAS SUCH A MESS! SHE STAYED ON THE PHONE 45 MINUTES WAITING FOR INSURANCE COMPANY TO ANSWER, AND KEPT US THERE WAITING THE WHOLE TIME. DID NOT OFFER TO GET BACK TO US. SHE DID NOT EVEN SPEAK TO WHOM SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO. JUST HANDED ME MY PAPERS BACK AND SAID "ITS NOT ON THEIR LIST". I WENT HOME AND CALLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY MYSELF. THEY SAID YES MY ITEM WAS COVERED UNDER MY INSURANCE. I CALLED SANDY BACK. SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT HANDLE IT TODAY SHE WAS BUSY. I WENT TO "AT HOME MEDICAL". THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING FOR ME, NO PROBLEM... THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HAD 7 REPS BEHIND THE DESKS THAT WERE NEAT AND ORDERLY. - JUST SAYIN...

Poor service. Hateful & ignorant phone service. If you want to be judged based upon your medications, this pharmacy is for you. Service has declined drastically in the past couple of years. We've gotten the wrong meds, incorrect dosages, and unlabeled bottles of prescription medication. Honestly, I could deal with most of those problems IF the workers would just be kind.
