Be prepared to be talked to like your stupid, assist with your pets visit as well as any other customer that may be there. And be charged for medicine given to your pet without being informed of the need or the cost. Aside from that, no sitting, stay out of his way unless he tells you to move, and yes he broke his back and is now bitter and and hateful
