Tried using a different mower repair service couldn't get no answer out of them. Called crossroads and they picked it up right away and got it in faster than expected. They kept me updated on what was wrong. Will definitely be using them again.

Best experience I ever had in purchasing a major home care item. So easy to deal with the whole team here. Vast inventory of equipment. Legitimately fair and competitive prices. Amazing customer service. Glad to spend time answering questions before and after purchase. Service team aptly and thoroughly trained. From the moment you step on the lot until you turn the key at home you’ll have a great and satisfying experience. You end up feeling like you have made new friends. PS please read your manual. So much important info in there. Pull it up on your computer if you want larger print.

Found out today that priority service is a very empty promise. Had a simple service problem that a friend ended up fixing for me but service department told me it would be at least three weeks.

The service and staff are second to none. We take all of our lawn mowers to get serviced here after purchasing them from Crossroads Lawn and Garden. Performance of our equipment after service was excellent. Cut looked phenomenal. Thank you to all the staff.

I needed a new weed eater (or weed whacker, depending on where you're from), so I went to Crossroads Lawn and Garden to see Rich and his crew. As always, they went above and beyond!
You will not find friendlier or more knowledgeable people to help you with your lawn care equipment needs.
I am now the proud owner of an Echo weed eater. After using it for the first time last week, I can tell you it puts my old Husqvarna to shame. It even came with a five-year warranty!

I’ve purchased many items from Crossroads and they’ve also serviced my tractor & mower. Ian & Rich and their staff has always treated me like family. 2 mowers, tractor, tractor forks, tiller, backhoe bucket, brush cutter, weed trimmer, leaf blower, etc. everything backed 100% after sale. Ian has even came to my house a few times when we couldn’t figure something out. Bottom line is Crossroads is my 1st choice & stop when I want a new toy, parts, service or just bring them donuts.

The Crossroads lawn and garden is one of the most well equipped store I have ever had the privilege of visiting. My daughter and I went there in hope of purchasing a Cub Cadet riding mower. "WOW" it had an inventory that was out of this world. We were met at the front door by Ella (canine) she greeted us as if we were family. She is so special and sweet. We were approached by one of the owners and I asked to speak with Debbie and he pointed out her desk and introduced us to each other. I had called Debbie the day before and asked about a certain model of cub cadet. She told she had two of the models that I was asking about. I informed her that I could be there at 1000 am the following day in which she stated that would be great. The drive (70 miles) there was extremely beautiful and easy to find. With in about 20 minutes they had already completed the final detailed check to make sure the mower was 100 percent in great running order. Then I was allowed to drive the the mower around and see if I was happy with the operation of it. Of course, I was extremely happy with it. We then loaded the mower and went into Ms. Debbie's office and completed the paperwork. Every person we spoke to there was extremely polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this business to everyone if they are looking for great products, great customer service, and just great down to earth owners and operators.
