My husband and I recently moved to Benton. Benton Hardware has a large impressive selection and fortunately had almost every single thing we have needed to fix up the house. The customer service is the best there is in the region. It's so great to see a real LOCALLY OWNED hardware store-probably one of the last of its kind. Bonus points- there's a sweet dog that often hangs out at the store. #shoplocal

This is the best hardware store in Western Kentucky. Long store short, we needed parts for our home propane tank. I went to five different stores (3big box and 2local) none had the parts I needed. The last local hardware store employee told me to check Benton Hardware. He was right. They had the parts I needed. Next time, I break something, I will go straight to Benton Hardware.

This is a real hardware store! Very friendly and helpful staff. Also very well stocked, unlike their nearest competitor, who doesn't keep up with basic inventory. A real hardware store has more than two 1 1/2" pvc couplers on the shelf. I needed 3. Benton hardware had dozens. My go to hardware store. If I need a gift or a tee shirt I'll go to the other one.

Great staff, clean but older building. Prices are a little high on some items. Great for that emergency run to the store to get an item. Easy to find.

Always been greeted when I walked through the door & always asked if I need help finding whatever I was needing. Even though prices can be high they are cheaper than anywhere else & if there's a way to help you save money they will help you save money & not try to convince you to get a more expensive item when a less expensive item will work just as good. Employees are extremely nice,helpful & knowledgeable!
