Tamara is the most helpful banking center manager I have ever dealt with. So so so helpful. She didn't have to take the time to help with a personal problem me but she did. She was worried about my well-being in the situation and went all in to help me. She So amazing if you have accounts somewhere else you are missing out on her services. Literally the best bank in northern KY is in Bellevue KY. Such an awesome team.

By far the most friendly, welcoming and professionals bank I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. The tellers employed there do their best to help with whatever it is that you need. They keep you informed on changes and do their best to educate you on your account and what it offers, and accounts that may be beneficial to you. They also help to better educate you on money management and how to make smart investments. Most of all, they keep you in the loop and correct any problems that may have occurred with your account with them. I have never left that bank unhappy with the services that they offer. Thank you Webanco for not adding to the stresses that life tends to throw at you from time to time, like many other banks that I have banked through have in the past.

Worst bank in the entire world they lock up my money and they will not give it back to me I already know that it’s cleared the bank all they have to do is push a button and release my money worst bank in the entire world I thought they third was bad you haven’t met anyone yet wait till West Banko gets a hold of your money.
