Nice store. The name on the malt I got is long, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, this was really good. The only concern I have is if it's after 10pm because it gets busy. decent restrooms by the way. Edit: I visited in the morning where I got a new waffle sausage biscuit. They are amazing!

It's not even 12:30am yet, items 12:27 as I'm writing this. This is a very busy location. They close at 1:00 a.m. . I go in to use the bathroom and the women's store is locked so I go pull on the handle for the mens and some women's voice says something to me which I did not understand. So I asked " what did you say"? And she said restroom is closed for cleaning. I said okay for how long? And she said for the rest of the evening! WHAT? Since when do places close their bathrooms down early before the whole place is even closed? So this woman who I'm assuming must be the manager decided to shut down both bathrooms. Sounds like UDF needs to receive a call to their offices, just saying! If they are open for business then they are open for business. Why would I buy things from here but cannot use their facilities that's supposed to be open to the public? I think you all go down the street to the next gas station and I'll fill up my gas there as well as by my drink and I'll be able to use the bathroom!
The UDF by me doesn't act like this. It's unfortunate that different udfs are not the same! So, whoever is work the evening, closing shift on Saturday 5/19/24, you know who you are. Locking yourself in the men's bathroom to " clean ", and locking the women's bathroom at the same time and not allowing customers in is a no-go! Is this the UDF corporate policy? Bc I've never heard of this from other UDF's. I'll at least inquire so that I can find out. I get it, everybody gets it, every employee wants to go home just like everybody else that works in the world. But that happens when doors are closed. To start shutting things down more than a half an hour before you guys close is not okay!
UPDATE 5/20/24... I received a response from the owner on here. I'm sure it's not actually the owner and looks like automated responses lol! I think it's funny how they respond acting like they care telling you to reach out to them through a customer service number or an email. I thought you know what maybe I'll give that a try after reading the response but you know what what's the point? Because here I am reading other reviews and I see that another person on here by the name of " yellow monkey " who left a review A YEAR AGO literally said the same thing about their bathrooms LOL! So what does that mean ? that means they do not care and they certainly are not changing anything! They just let the managers or whoever is on shift make the decision I guess they have enough business to literally essentially stick up a middle finger to people telling them they don't care. Well I will say this, just like the other person who commented about how much money they spend at UDF's, and the fact that they will not use your facilities anymore, I will not either and let me tell you what regardless of how much money this company has, every bit counts because every customer counts and it all adds up! I think it's funny that you want people to reach out again to your customer service as if this is not the first step which is leaving a review. So you want people to reach out yet again to your customer service after leaving a review and do this again after people are already saying the same thing and you ask them as well to contact you guys?!?! I'm curious what the point is? Also, why act like you care with your automated responses? Terrible customer service! And I have to tell you that UDF was my favorite gas station. They were always the one that was right up the road from my house so I considered them my local favorite place. This location isn't the one I'm talking about that's close to my place but now I will not be going to any of them because I'm not going to support a company that does not care. Different locations do not matter to me anymore because you guys do not care, so why should I? You guys are inconsistent from store to store, manager to manager

The sign is lit up, the PA system is blaring, all the lights are on, but they refuse to sell gas. When you try to pump gas it says pump offline. Why are you pretending to be open?

I really only go to UDF for the ice cream to be honest. This place treats you well. The guy working the bar tonight was friendly and fun. Come get a shake or a malt here. It was a great way to cap off our Tuesday night.

I never get gas at UDF but it was convenient(forgot to fuel at kroger). The pump was too complicated so I went to pay w/cash($7). The outside area was clean and the premium was "93". Weird: a guy in a tesla was in the car at a pump the whole time.

Filled up the tank for my drive back home. Always stop for a malt this time a strawberry, perfect as usual not to thick not to creamy like said perfect. Always a friendly face working there when I've been there. Thanks for the great malt and the positive vibe.

Our family's been going there for years. There's actually a few staff members that know our dairy choices before we even order. The music was extremely loud today for some reason but all we had to do was ask and of course the staff immediately adjusted the volume.

Whoever answers the phone is RUUUDE!! Wilder didn’t have any ice cream so I called to see if theirs was working and the A Hole who answered hung up on me then wouldn’t answer!! If you don’t wanna help customers you should probably work somewhere else!
