So I went in here to get some mattresses and bed frames. First she treated me like she really ain’t want to deal with me! Then told me I had to leave the store to be verified she could not leave me in the store! Like I can run out with a bed frame! There was a white git sitting on the couch when I came nobody was out there with him! I went to rent a center when I left they verified me right there went to Aaron’s after they ain’t ask me to leave to verify me! They also ain’t call everybody on my list or call me and inform me about the application if it was approved or not! Yal I literally gross 6500 monthly my boss carried I am the assistant property manager/ leasing agent! Like if I never felt black, I definitely felt inferior and poorly treat! I sent my daughters god mom in who is white they did not do her like that!

Love them all. Great customer service. They will work with you. Only downside some items is overpriced like any other rental place. Best to catch the deals they have.

One week late on my payment and they charged my credit card without authorization which over drew my bank account. Not only is it Saturday, which my bank is closed untill Monday, I had to cancel my card and order a new one which takes another week. Not to mention, I have children and now absolutely zero dollars to feed them for at least 2 days. No money for gas to get to work or anything. They quickly canceled the authorized charge when I told them I would be filing fraud charges. Absolutely unacceptable. They really left me in a tough spot.

I really liked the customer service and the store was nice and clean....went back 3 years later and they were the complete opposite of my first review. They were awful ppl. Rude, hateful. Didnt want to do their jobs. Oh yeah, and I didnt end up getting what I wanted to rent and they ripped me off and kept my money. Criminals.... (response to their response) Imagine that. No record, huh? Well, I have records. And a youtube channel if you would like I can show you whatever you want.

UHR in Bellevue ky is one of the best stores ever. Regina and her team make you feel welcome every time you walk in the store. Not only are they professional and they make you feel like family. I have had some troubles come up since I started renting from them and they have helped me so much with my payments. I will continue to rent from them.

Every location is next to a big lots and all their furniture is from big lots. They buy furniture from big lots and charge you 4-5 times what it is worth. Garbage store.

Regina and her team went above and beyond. Couldn't have had a better experience! Love my new sofas and mattress. Regina got us exactly what we wanted and the delivery gentlemen were phenomenal.
