What a terrible experience. I may have as well lit my $15 co-pay on fire and watch it burn as it would have been a better use of my time and energy.
I used the online portal to schedule an appointment after developing a terrible chest cough after a head cold. Check-in was easy enough, and I was “attended to” on time.
The “Nurse Practitioner” on staff that day, Terrikka McDonald, is one of the worst NPs I’ve ever encountered, ever, period. She must have taken online classes, or watched a YouTube video on human health, and Kroger turned a blind eye to background and reference checking. After doing a “full evaluation”, she told me to take nasal spray and a cough suppressant. As if I hadn’t been doing this already?
I explained to her that I have been taking both for 72 hours and it had been doing this, and her response was, “Well, try Sudafed then.” Nice.
The fun ending to this story was going to my PCP the next day, only to realize it had now turned into Bronchitis and I’m currently on 3 prescription-strength medicines to fight this thing.
I will never go to this Little Clinic again, and neither should you. It is clear that post-Covid Kroger cannot sustain good employees nor diagnose patients appropriately. All they want is to give you a bill and send you on their way.

Refused to see me even though I have valid health insurance. The main doctor did not know how to set up my health insurance so instead of educating their staff on how to navigate insurance questions, they simply just refused to see me. I provided full valid national health insurance, there was no reason that I was unable to be seen.

Good experience. I made an appointment online, did check in through my phone upon arrival, waited a reasonable 15 minutes, was diagnosed, and left within an hour. They were very helpful, everything was smooth, and they were certainly working hard to get through patients. I was pleasantly surprised based on other reviews.

I live locally in Dayton, drove down the road to get help with a Chalazion and was only prescribed something to help with the inflammation and itching, not that actual swelling and cyst itself. All this little clinic cares about is billing their patients and turning a profit. Now I have to schedule another appointment elsewhere because they did not actually treat the main cause. They over bill me every-time as well it’s actually insane. If I could rate it 0 stars I would but Google wouldn’t let me. Stay far away from this place.

I couldn't swallow without severe pain, suspected strep, and St E Physicians were closed on Saturday. I started looking at Google reviews on the little clinic to see which had the best rating. It turns out it was the old Kroger in Bellevue Kentucky. I called and was promptly scheduled for an appointment one hour later by a highly professional, compassionate person named Jessica. I drive one hour from my home to get there and Jessica is there and greets me with a beautiful, happy smile, saying, "you must be Joe". That is highly professional, top-notch first impression customer service! I told her, I am beginning to see why this little clinic was top rated. As I waited for the APRN, "Tekk", Jessica explained how she had been there since it opened and had come from the Kroger Pharmacy. I noted how clean things were and told her I noticed that she did an amazing job sanitizing the room after a patient came out of one of the rooms while I was sitting there. The door was open so I can see and hear her vigorously sanitizing everything. She never stopped doing something productive. I was told by Jessica to come in and she asked my symptoms and took my vitals, professionally and efficiently. She said the nurse would be in shortly. I was seen after a short wait by the APRN, named "Tekk" and I told her my symptoms and she immediately did a strep test. While I was telling her about my amazing experience with Jessica, my test came back positive and Tekk promptly instructed me on the meds I would receive and things I could do for comfort. I left so grateful that there are still entities that perform prompt public service and do it from a perspective of caring, genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Kroger Pharmacy team had my script ready in 10 minutes and I was out the door. I walked to my car a walking contradiction feeling like total crap yet filled with so much gratitude and happiness for the team at Kroger The Little Clinic and Pharmacy. I consider the happiness I felt after my top-notch experience to be an immediate contribution to my healing process. I know it was. It made me think, medical models should focus on trying to wow even the sick along with their diagnostic work so that they can pre-boost the healing process. Thank you Little Clinic Bellevue Kentucky Team and the Pharmacy Team and thank you Kroger for providing this very needed service to the citizens! Thank you Jessica and Tekk!!!!! You are the best!!!

Colleen, a nurse practitioner here, is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine.

I have no idea who had good experiences with the snarky and inhospitable receptionist, but it wasn't me. Skip it. Go elsewhere.

Waited 45 mins for my son’s physical before he was seen. Appointment was made for 6:15 and I’ll be surprise if he is seen within an hour. Do better.

This Bellevue clinic is fabulous! Great staff who always treat my issues thoroughly when I can’t get into my PCP. This clinic runs laps around the Newport location in patient care and respect.

I tried making an appointment at 9 online, and got to a point where I couldn't complete the booking. I called specifically asking for 9, to which the lady replied they now had that spot booked up and the earliest they could take me was 9:30. I rearranged my entire day around the appointment just to find out that they could no longer take me. Since they don't even take 9:30 appointments. This after I was only returning because they didn't fix an issue I came to them with a few weeks ago.

Apparently they close at 4:30pm but they still let you make appointments for when they are closed. Showed up for my 6:00pm appointment and nobody was there. I was never informed that it was cancelled or anything. Complete waste of time.

I have been seeing Keith the last several years here at the Bellevue location and I have to say to whoever do whatever it takes to keep this guy he's is just simply great. He always remembers my name and my daughter Abby and wife Patti's name even though he sees us maybe every 6 months. Don't let him leave and I would go nowhere else as long as Keith is there
