This place has always been slow, but I just went to try and get breakfast at 9:15 (open at 9) and I sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one to answer on the other end. Why advertise that you're open at a certain hour but aren't? sad.

Avoid this location. Ive tried this spot 3 times, 1 for breakfast, 1 for late lunch and final time late evening. Forget trying door dash, they will cancel your orders btw. Legit crackheads are running this place I think. Open when they want, close when they want, whole place smells like weed and the other employees are covered in scabs, aka METHican Americans. I've never thrown food away so fast in my life. oh and don't forget God awful customer service. Employees will legit try to fight each other in front of customers. Ratchet. I bet Bellevue Police Department makes frequent stops here ?

I don't know why I've ever come back here. Whenever they open the drive through window marijuana smoke blows into my car from the kitchen. The workers look filthy and like they were birthed from a muffler. The manager is obviously on meth with scabs all over her face. It was a grizzly scene. Avoid this location at all costs.

Not sure why this location gets so many bad reviews. All the workers have been friendly (different ones each time I've gone). Food is fresh, no long wait, pretty consistent each time.

Came at 9:10 on 9/30/23 and they told me they wouldn’t be open for another 20 minutes when they were supposed to be open at 9. Clearly someone overslept and came in late to work.

The workers are friendly and the restaurant looks clean.Always check your bag before driving off, I’ve had missing items the last 4 times I’ve gone here.It’s a good Taco Bell, just need to be a little more diligent when putting items in bagsVegetarian options: Be sure to check if they’re actually vegetarian before leaving, my mom has ordered vegetarian food and had meat in itBasically double check

Dont use the app or delivery missing items that you paid for and no refunds. Uber eats is good for missing items 100% of the time also. No refunds. Taco bell 800# never answers the phone or responds to the app on a complaint you been warned.

If I could give negative, I would. My fault for trying it again! Thought if I ordered online and ran in ... I could avoid the wait that you have here in the drive thru. When you order online you have the option of "grab and go" where you order online, pay online and go in the restaurant and grab it... or you can go through the drive thru after ordering and paying online. I picked grab and go... because I have NEVER had a good experience with this location's drive thru or the the rude attitude... thought grab and go don't have to deal with either. Ordered while waiting for kids practice to end... pulled in the lot, drive thru packed... and there are people in the lobby that have ordered and are sitting at the table.... But the doors are locked...knocked on the door... no one comes to the door instead they motion for me to go thru drive thru. I am livid at this point. Sooo they have the kitchen door propped open (safety issue big time) and I saw one of the crew members and said to them I ordered online and opted to come in and get the food but I can't get in because the doors are locked... she told me "I know we told you to go through the drive thru " I explained this is exactly why I ordered online to avoid the drive thru.... Because they are so slow. She did not offer to grab it and give it to me.. said "all I can tell you is go through the drive thru" and laughed at my reaction. She said you can cancel your order. I told her it was a 40.00 order for my family can you show me how to cancel it on the app? I couldn't figure it out. She said I don't know how you do it--all you need to do is sit through the drive thru. Still don't have my refund and after making the fuss that I did, there was no way I was going to trust them making my food. So I guess I call corporate tomorrow and maybe get a refund! By the way I have never posted a review before so for me to sit here and type all this out ... it has got to be bad!
