Incredibly helpful! They had everything I needed to fix a road case. AND made all the perfect cuts I needed to get the job done. If I weren’t just passing through, this would be my go-to lumber and hardware store.

Better lumber than other places at similar rates. Gene (long-haired guy in charge of the yard) is great! He picked out the straightest wood for my walls and made last-minute changes to my order with no complaint. Even helped me hand pull into the garage so wood is kept dry. All lumber delivery guys have the lift, and the only requirement is to drop and get back to the yard, so him taking the extra time goes above and beyond in a time where even basic customer service is a lot to ask for.

They are so knowable and helpful. So glad they are located close to home. Just this summer I've gotten paint, garden tools, critter ridder to keep cats out of the mulch and wasp spray. The joys of summer

I bought decking and railing here and worked primarily with Rhonda. She was very helpful answering all of my questions. Everyone I worked with throughout the process was great as well. I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.

I'm newer to Bellevue, and this place has been a lifesaver. The customer service is top notch and the staff is helpful. If they don't have what I need, they offer to order it in on their next truck. It's so handy to have a home improvement store so close to home. The big stores seem to avoid customer service.

The worst shopping experience I have ever had. This home improvement store does not take cash. I questioned their reason, they said the owner made that decision. Cash is a legal form of tender, they refused my cash and ask me to leave the store. Will never shop there again.
