Went down there yesterday to get a new phone around 4 the sign said went out for lunch be back around 5 I came back at 5:15 to try and get a phone and no one showed up I left at 6 and they closed at 7

Just tried too return/redund two unopened/unused quick cell adapters with the receipt. My return was denied because I bought them all in one purchase, the store owner suggested I sell them online.There are no laws on return policy, but it's the first time in my life I couldn't refund an unopened/unused product.

GO TO THE COVINGTON LOCATION. This place charges WAYYY TOO MUCH. I went in there yesterday to originally pay my phone bill. I wound up waiting, without being greeted or anything, for about 30 mins or so before being helped. I then was talking about paying my bill and told the lady I wanted to take a tablet off first because mine was broke so she got me another one... It says there $90 or $99 I can't remember but I had an upgrade option so it should have been cheaper. I walked out of there paying $170. I thought my bill was paid and I got a replacement tablet. Well, today my phone says I need to pay my bill. I so paid $170 for a $90 tablet??? NO WAY! I'm returning. At the Covington location I got 2 for that price. A $40 activation fee when I already had one that was activated?? Um NOPE!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU! They have a girl working name summer and she knows nothing about cell phones or prices of plans. She overcharges and claims it’s tax even when other metros (WITH THE SAME TAX) are much cheaper Another thing, this store is always closed when you try to pay your bill. Stupid, rude and never open might as well go to boost or an actual T-Mobile store.

Not helpful. Horrible phone and service. Going back to Verizon, compared to this place at least at Verizon I could use my phone outside my house.
