LET ME EXPOSE KROGERS.
I am a self employed secret shopper, and report back to corporate. Management here, they mistreat most of their employees. Especially front end and Stocking people. They have favoritism in there since 2 of one of the Managers daughters works there.
The place is infested with mice and rats, not to mention bed bugs and ants. If you go down the toilet paper isle, you’ll smell something funky, it’s a dead mouse in the traps they refuse to replace and they refuse to exterminate them.
Back to the employees, I have noticed they are over working a lot of women outside pushing carts.
I came 1-2 weeks ago and there was this young lady who had a sprained ankle, (clearly in pain) pushing carts by herself and out there for probably an hour.
All of the cashiers are disgusting towards customers and always end up saying negative things when they leave.
Overall, do not shop here, unless you want a surprise mouse, or mouse droppings in your food.

Rude workers. Not at all friendly people. Some of them are just not happy to be working. Some food I bought was expired also.

The large black haired self checkout woman is absolutely useless. She doesn't know anything going on and acts like her sole job is to watch the video review when the veggies set off the weight sensor. She never puts the baskets back for customers And looks confused 90 percent of the time I see her. Might as well have a mop propped in the corner with a name tag.

This Kroger is smaller than a lot of the new ones but it is friendlier and less busy than others around here. It's my preferred store.
Update: This store is super local and supports the local schools. I am very grateful for this store and their community involvement. Bellevue is very grateful for them!

Worst Kroger around, they'll sell you a money order but won't cash said money order when you get one from someone else. There's to many stores around now to get ripped off by Kroger anymore Publix, Meijer here I come cause Kroger won't get another dime from me. Not to mention this location is out of what you need 50% of the time anyway!!

This is my local Kroger so convenience wise I come here most often! The workers are friendly. They’re stocked majority of the times, unless you go on a holiday weekend or snow storm. They constantly have new products to try. Carts are clean!
I’ve only ever had one bag experience with this store. Someone had poked holes in a cat febreeze litter bag. When I went to pick it up, the hole was big enough to go all over the floor. I let a worker know, and the man wasn’t the friendliness in regards to the clean up process, that I offered to do myself.
Other than that one tiny incident out of the billions of times I’ve gone, it’s my favorite Kroger and staff. ?

Fix your website. Needed to stop on the way to work. Website states 6:00 am to 10 pm. Arrived at 6:15 am only to find the store closed. Employee out front smoking "We don't open until 7".....

Location has had bed bugs, and actively encourages employees to come in regardless of if they have bedbugs. You can't trust this location to do the right thing. Employee has bed bugs? They will risk spreading it to customers and will even threaten employees if they call off to deal with it. I have also witnessed management mistreating employees in store. Do not give money to a buisness that does not respect their employees, because they ultimately will not respect you.
