“Before walking in to the store, my expectations were pretty standard: Someone would try to sell me a mattress and would likely treat me, albeit nicely, as a means to an end. Refreshingly, that could be not have been further from the case. Rob answered all my questions thoroughly and genuinely, treating me as a person first and customer second.While I am still determining if I can purchase the new bed I’m interested in, the way I was treated was enough to earn my business. In other words, I will be back.”

“I live in New York. I was suffering form migraine for over 35 years. I tried many different experiments. The last thing I tried was Botox. Even that did not help. “Grand Antique Mall is one of the best antique malls in the city. It is just the right size and the quality of the items is top notch. Staff has always been extraordinarily helpful. Then even helped move a display shelf from the store and helped get it into the car. The fact that a large number of items are listed on eBay is also a big plus. It gives buyers an opportunity to make offers. I've done this on two items prior to picking them up, saving a ton of time sitting in the store waiting for an answer. The result is getting some nice discounts/deals. Grand Antique Mall is one of my favorites.”

“I had called all over to get someone to repair my swimming pool computer generated salt system, SunSpot Pool came to the rescue. Not only showed up the next day, replaced the mother board on the system but checked the chemical balance and stayed long enough to make sure everything was working. So the next day I went to SunSpot to pay my bill,very impressed with all the pool supplies, but also they really r very knowlegable about pool settings, so I was able to get many pool questions answered and I told them they have a new customer for life...”
“We went to 3 Lovesac stores before settling on the Kenwood location to make our third Lovesac purchase. We chose that location because of the manager, Megan. I needed someone who could answer my 100 questions and she didn’t miss a beat. We needed a very large sectional but because Lovesac gives you so many choices for cushion firmness, materials, and configuration, it took me forever to decide. Megan was so patient and knowledgeable (even allowing me to take the samples into the mall to see it under different lighting) to ensure the color was exactly what we needed. When I wasn’t sure about the color samples in the store, she encouraged me to order other samples not available in the store to ensure I was making the best choice for our family so I took her advice and I’m so glad I did because it was one of those I ended up choosing. Since ours was a custom order it took a bit longer for delivery but she checked in via text every few weeks to give me a status update and ask if I had any questions. When I ordered my sectional I didn’t have my military ID paperwork filled out for the discount they offer so she allowed me to fill it out after the purchase was made and once approved she applied it to my order this reducing the final price I paid. Our sectional arrived Thursday much to our delight and she just texted me again to ask if everything arrived as it should have, if I was happy with my purchase, and would I send her pics once we set it up so she could see how it looked in my renovated living room once it was all assembled into the configuration we chose. I don’t know a single other sales person who bothers to offer this kind of personal touch and customer service! It was more like dealing with a friend than a sales associate. I am so appreciative of the whole buying experience, not just because we love the Lovesac product because I could have purchased it at any location, but I am truly thankful that Megan was working the day I walked in to Kenwood to select my sectional. I hope Lovesac appreciates the employee they have in her! It is very rare in today’s climate. If you happen to see this review, Megan, I want to thank you for all of your amazing assistance!”

“Still a cute little shop with a number of interesting finds. Although we didn’t need anything especially an ornament we still ended up with a little wooden cardinal ornament to grace our tree back home. It’s really close to the Cozy Cottage another favorite of ours. Bellevue is a small community next to Newport, KY and across the river from Cincinnati with some really nice shops and some good restaurants.”
