“My car looks brand new!! I have a 2017 Hyundai Elantra, and my paint was peeling off badly on my roof, hood, and a few other areas. It was very unsightly. They re-painted my hood, roof, and a few other areas. It looks amazing, and it matches so perfectly I can’t even notice. They also touched up some minor dings on my doors from over the years. I will definitely be paying them for any other work I may need done.”

“All the staff at Kitu’s Auto provided me with top tier customer service and quality work on my vehicle. The office staff was on top of the entire process with my insurance company, down to ordering the parts needed for my repair. Kitu himself is very hands on with the repair process ensuring everything is done correctly and communicating details related to the repair. They were super helpfuly getting me schedule and working with me on timing since I drove from out of town. I could not ask for a better collision repair experience. “Jack was honest, gave me a good price, repairs completed on time, went over & above to make sure it was done perfectly. I needed a windshield besides the body work & it was replaced there. I didnt have to drive somewhere else to have that done! So convenient. He even replaced front & rear lights that were burned out. Id highly recommend them. Especially to my women friends because I have been take advantage of at other shops because Im a female. My car looks fantastic, like brand new !”
“I cannot say enough good things about this place! First, I got into a wreck and was scrambling to find a place to take my car. Every other place was full it seemed like until, I stumbled on to Deans. They were open and honest about the work that needed to be done, got me in right away and communicated well with my insurance. When I got my car back, I was pleasantly surprised that they cleaned the outside as well as the inside of my car! My car seriously looks better than ever- you would have no idea she was ever hit. “I struggle to find the words to write this review, because Brian and Kelly did something most meaningful to me - they literally saved my summer.I was on a cross-country road trip in my Dodge camper van when suddenly it broke down in Cincinnati. On a Sunday, I was very lucky to find that Vogt Auto was one of the only mechanics open.Though they specialize in VW restorations, Kelly said it was no problem for me to have my van towed there. Though it turned out my repair was extensive and ended up needing the entire back end and driveshaft replaced, I was treated like family while I was there - they went above and beyond, even letting me sleep in the van in the lot. This is not a big corporation you're dealing with -- this is a family-run business and it shows!Brian was forthright in letting me know what he was seeing as he went through the investigations, and after the repairs were completed, he gave me a detailed breakdown of the entire work he performed, the parts he ordered, and his hourly rate - a fair price for saving my summer.I can't thank them enough.”

“I was recommended this local business from the CarX on Winton Road. I needed to replace my car mirror on the passenger's side and wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I called up Dan at Finneytown Collision and he recommended I stop by for him to give me a quote on replacing the mirror. The body shop is located in a convenient location near the corner of North Bend and Winton Rd. When I arrived, Dan was super friendly and informative. He gave me an estimate for replacing the mirror and the cost to paint it to match my car color if needed. The cost seemed fair, so I told him could go ahead and order the mirror. It only took 2 days for it to be replaced. My car was also in the shop at CarX for another repair and Dan went to the shop to install the mirror for me which was really nice! Highly recommend!”

“I chose to work with this shop rather than one my insurance company recommended, and am very glad I did! Responses were always quick, detailed and accurate. My wife hit a deer in our 2014 Lexus SUV which was the reason for the repair. Vehicle repair was completed on-time as promised and when I picked it up, not only did the repaired area look brand new, but the interior was 100% cleaner than when I dropped it off to the shop. “I was referred to Hank's after an accident I was in. I was anxious when I got there because it was a smaller shop than I had expected. I am glad to admit I was wrong.They were extremely helpful, especially with working with my insurance and getting all the paperwork filled out and turned in. They kept me informed in their progress and kept to the dates they promised my car would be ready. Ray was especially helpful when I had scheduling conflicts to pick up. This is a small family owned business and they really are appreciative of your business. As for my... it hasn't looked this good in years! And it is thanks to Hank's. Would definitely go back if need be and recommend to anyone looking for body work.”

“Stephanie and Gary are amazing! They're friendly, honest, and provide quality work. Unfortunately, I don't have "before" pictures, but I hydroplaned and wrecked my brand new 2023 Subaru Forester. The entire front end was smashed, windshield shattered, and 3 of my tires had to be replaced. Thankfully it wasn't totalled. Gary performed a miracle and it honestly looks brand new again! They also dealt seamlessly with my insurance company. I would highly recommend Eastern Hills Automotive and plan to come to them in the future with any auto repair needs.”

“I wish I could give more stars!! Mellanie and the Scott's were great to deal with. The three of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They treated my truck like it was one of their own. They communicated at every chance to make sure I was always aware of what was happening. In the end my truck was deemed a total loss by insurance after 2 months. If their work is anything like their personalities and communication then I have no doubt it would have looked better than new. Thank you three for everything and sorry we didn't get to see how the "badass" truck turned out. I will go to you all with anything I ever need and I will highly recommend you to everyone I can!!”
