They always do right by my pets been going there for years we love the tech Trent he so good with our hopper he spoils our dog with treats makeing each visit more relax for our dog o highly recommend this vet for your animals medical needs they truly treat you like family there id give them 10 stars if it was an option ❤️

I have been taking my cats here for a couple years now and I cannot express just how amazing this place is. The team here is so compassionate and caring. I have a cat that has recently been diagnosed with kidney disease, and the team has been so incredibly helpful with figuring out a treatment plan and answering any questions I have (my cat has even surpassed the expected lifetime for the progression of his disease based on another expert’s opinion).
I was previously going to Banfield (huge mistake), and the difference in experience and care is night and day. Could not recommend this place enough!

I recently adopted two kittens and noticed I was able to hear one when it would breathe/smell around. For the first day or two, I thought it was normal
but then he started sneezing a lot and it sounded like he was having an even harder time breathing. I called BAH with concerns, and they were able to make an appointment for the same day, super quick. The vet and the tech were both super nice and very gentle with both kittens. The vet found out that one kitten has a fever and was able to get us a very affordable antibiotic shot and some immune support powder. He also let us know that it was too soon to get their next vaccinations, even though their vet from their rescue said that they were due today. Overall, they are very knowledgeable, gentle, and affordable here. Very happy! Will definitely be coming back :)

The staff is awesome, very caring , but I just experienced the worst experience ever , I had sister cats that became sick and had to have them put down , staff was great , vet dr was great , today I had to put down the last cat of my family, different dr, same office, it was the most devastating experience I've ever had , my cat was put through excruciating pain before he was put to rest , and I had to sit there and watch. I never want this vet dr to be a part of my animal family again. From day one I have not been comfortable with him. Again staff is the best. They care so much about our pets.

BEWARE, my dog died due to negligence! Cheaper does NOT always mean better. Dr. Callahan in his personal notes noted the beginning of a small nodule on my dog's lungs last summer and thickening of tissue. He ruled it as bronchitis, did NOT tell me about the nodule (that he SAW & NOTED), nor advise me to follow-up. Just gave me steroids & antibiotics and called it bronchitis. Didn't even suggest follow-up to ensure the bronchitis healed and the thickening had cleared. Fast forward 6 months, this grew into an 11 cm terminal tumor. By then, oncology was my only option, and it was inoperable by that point. I only got 7 weeks of comfort-care with my (otherwise) healthy, well-maintained, middle-aged dog at that point because of Dr. Callahan's negligence. I called him to ask him why he didn't make me aware and he said "it's a shame we didn't follow up" I said "I certainly would have. you didn't tell me to. You also noted thickening and a nodule in your notes I've requested" to which he replied (after 40 years in practice) "well, I'm not a radiologist". Even though, he suggested the x-ray though, read the report, and I received a radiology charge from him though. This could have been caught and removed very early according to 3 different specialists. It's not his job to play God with our pets, and I'm assuming he figured I wouldn't request notes. I hate to think of all of the other people he's done this to who didn't look-further into it. Now my dog has passed, with something that could have been caught early and treated. And he didn't even give as much as an apology, just said "there's never any guarantee chemo and surgery will even work if caught early. My sister's dog still died." As if it were his choice to make. I spent THOUSANDS in oncology bills to try to help my baby in the end due to this gross-negligence. Biggest mistake of my life was trusting this clinic.

We called the evening before to leave a message about our cat. They returned our call the next morning and I was able to get her in ASAP. The demeanor of the young man during the intake process was fantastic. We felt at ease and he was exceptionally polite. It didn't end there. All the staff I encountered were very special. Suffice to say, I feel really good about our visit. Thank you.

I took my dog Manning here for his annual checkup. He’s a little excited and wiggly and everyone was so sweet to him and helpful. I absolutely can’t recommend them enough for your pups!

I was having a very challenging day and needed an extra hand. Andrew was delightful, and took Sasha inside for her appointment while I waited in the car with my grandbaby. I really appreciated the extra customer service!
