i have really fought myself and tried not to have to write this review. A few weeks back, i was overcharged $3.00 on my purchase. i went back in and asked for my receipt, and i showed the cashier her mistake. instead of just giving me my $3, i had to call corporate and wait weeks for a whopping $10 gift card, which forces me to spend my money with them. That's a stupid policy. Today i tried to spend my money that they are forcing me to spend there, and the gift card doesn't work! How greedy! How stupid! i was a daily customer! it was clearly their mistake. if you shop there, bring a calculator and double check the total, because if they overcharge you, you'll never see that money. They dont trust their own cashiers to handle a $3 mistake. why on earth should we trust their employees if they dont? This place would benefit from new, less greed focused management. if it were my business, i would have apologized and comped the customer's whole purchase instead of losing a daily customer. You're not the only convenience store in town, after all.

New guy, said his name was Isaiah Robinson. Probably not his name because he’s a rude person. He pushed me out of the way so he could compliment a pretty girl. ( she was pretty) but That’s not how you wait on customers. I stop in every day. I won’t be if he continues to be there. He is a rude, bad person!!!! I would give 0 stars if possible.

TERRIBLE!Terrible customer service!Went in for their chicken, and when the clerk asked "Can I help you?" I told her the first part of my order, and she rolled her eyes and sighed as she went to get it. I brushed it off thinking I may have misinterpreted the incident..But nooo... told her the second part of my order and she rolled her eyes and sighed AGAIN!So I said to my daughter, that I was definitely doing an online review. That's when a big girl came out and stood behind the woman..instead of offering to make the situation better, she just stood there like a bouncer.I get it, we all have bad days once in a while. But to treat your customers this way IS BAD BUSINESS!JUST SO YA KNOW!You didn't even deserve the one star necessary to post the review!
