The best thing Hucks ever done was team up with Pilot Flying J for their diesel pumps.

If you have time to go you'll get a little more time to see where you are and where you need to go ?

Mens restroom is reminiscent of a 1960s gas station. Sad the State allows them to operate on State property, regardless of rent.

Excellent rest area. Items are not overpriced and wonder staff. Grabbing food is fast. I got their 5 tenders and wedges for $5 deal, and it was a steal. The tenders and wedges are HUGE. Great stop from your trip.

Men's bathroom is grimy and sticky. It is very neglected and a petri dish for bacteria. No use washing your hands in there since you are contaminated immediately when you touch the sink handle. Yikes!

Conveniently located gas station on the Western Kentucky Parkway. This place sits in the middle of both sides of the east and west bound lanes. Easy access off and back on your route. The place is clean but on this visit the ladies room needed a bit of attention. I alerted the attendant and he said he would take care of it. The station is stocked with typical snacks for the weary traveler as well as maps and souvenirs. Basically your typical truck stop. The convenience is what really makes this place for me.

We were traveling home and had been in the vehicle for several hours, so everyone needed a "Pit Stop." This exit is listed as a Rest Area, and it is a left exit. When we entered the area, we realized it was actually a convenient store. It had been closed in the past, and I'm not sure when it re-opened, but it had to have been within the last year. The store is very unique inside with tall ceilings and colorful walls. There are televisions and ICEE machines and Godfather's Pizza, along with a grill for ordering. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They stated that they really enjoyed working there, which says alot about a business. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

This gas station is in the most convenient spot I've ever seen for cars or trucks. If your traveling on Western Kentucky Pkwy. this stop will have it all. Very easy to access...... It sits between the 2 Pkwys. Pull in off the Pkwy and your there, pull out and your back on the Pkwy. It's literally that easy. Seperate side for cars and trucks to keep the flow going. Busy little place inside but we were in and out fast. Clean, organized and well lit made the experience pleasurable.

We stopped at this travel center this past weekend on the way back from our daughter's wedding. The travel center is on the Western Kentucky Parkway just west of the Natcher Parkway. Unlike some other reviews, my experience was good. I used to live in the Western part of Kentucky and stopped at the travel center many times. It was certainly in need of a facelift, and I am happy to say that the center has been remodeled. This remodel has happened at some point during the last three years. The center is now owned by the Huck's chain of convenience stores. Half of the center features all the amenities of a travel plaza as well as very clean restrooms. The restrooms are monitored by staff who do a tremendous job, as this is a busy travel plaza. Gone is the former Arby's restaurant and has been replaced with a Godfather's Pizza restaurant that features menu and self serve pizza options. The travel plaza also features newly installed gas pumps. There is a large parking lot for trucks, RVs and boats as well.
