“Good luck. Tammy, the branch manager is clueless and will tell you whatever you’d like to hear. Took over 2 hours to set up a new account. The deposit holds are 9 days for checks from BofA because “it’s a new account”. Except it wasn’t for the first check deposit of $10k for which Tammy stated was a mistake. They also couldn’t put together on their own that they could call and verify funds for a check from a major institution and after I suggested that they proceeded to do that. Only after I stated I was just going to move banks and immediately they said to just do that. Honestly, laughable service. I understand everyone is covered in red tape, but these people don’t care or know how to do their jobs. Side note, Tammy misfiled the paperwork stating our company was an s-corp when it is not. Ridiculous. ***Update*** Finally, some good customer service. After speaking with the VP, everything was promptly taken care of. I understand this day and age it’s difficult for banks to provide value. Good customer service is what customers value and it doesn’t cost anything. Thank you!”
