It's hard to pay cause the office is very seldom open, good units keeps dry and rodent free.. Fenced around the property & is a gate that gets locked every night. Because of it's cheaper nature then other storage buildings in Beaver Dam, this gate is for protection.. I would not want it's main gate left unlocked overnight.I have had a storage unit here for 7-8years, still using it currently. I am huge on protection of my valuables and irreplaceable belongings..--- About 6 or 7 years ago --- someone rented a unit near the end of a row & in the back. Unknowing of it's "purposes"; this unit caught fire and burnt up units on both sides only sparing 3units in it's row. Investigation found a drug lab ---Ever sense this horrible incident the gates are locked for protection every night. Sense locking the main gates there have been no fires, no-one snooping around other units, nothing has been stolen, no units have been broken into..
