The most caring and compassionate staff of any local veterinarian clinics. We adore Dr. Renfrow because she always goes above and beyond

New to the area. First time I use this vet they impressed me with their service and the prices were very reasonable for those services.

Got us in for an emergency visit when our normal vet was out of town. Super friendly and knowledgeable, will probably be coming back next time my dog needs to be seen

I took my 14 yr old dog there today because he was having a breathing issue.he vomited twice and both times I was handed a roll of paper towels to clean it up. I'm sure that they have a mop bucket but she was to lazy to do her job.my dog weighs 81 lbs and she just stood there while I tried to lift him on the scale. When I couldn't do it she said that they needed his weight so I told her that she was gonna have to help me lift him.the vet listened to his lungs, did xrays and blood work. He has fluid on his lungs and a tick born disease. When I was getting ready to pay my bill I asked what meds he will need and she said doxycyline and steroids. For me that was perfect because I had both of those meds at home.I told her that I didn't need the meds I just needed to know the dosage, how often and how long he was going to need to be on them. The vet said that since I wasn't buying her meds that she wouldn't give me the info I needed.the girl that was preparing my bill ($380.54) said that she could write the instructions down and the vet told her NO.I have never had a vet do me this way.I have an arsenal of medication for my pets,I try to keep a supply of everything that I can for all possible issues.I have a bottle of doxycyline (500 tablets) and a bottle of prednisone (100 tablets). Why would I buy more.I shouldn't have to buy the same pills from the vet just so I can get the dosage instructions.Everything about the visit today was unprofessional.Vets like doctors are supposed to help/heal and educate.I didn't get that kind of service today.I will never go there again and I will inform my family and friends of my experience.

Very kind to us when our kitten died. Even prepared her body and gave us prints of her nose and paws
