And even if I call a car part by a different name, one of them usually knows exactly what I'm talking about and gets me the correct part. If they have to order a part for me, it comes in in a very timely manner and is usually there when they say it will be. And if I happen to make a mistake and get the wrong part, they will take care of it and get me the right one and not get upset over my mistake. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone who is looking for parts.
