So, in July 2017 I took a 1998 Jeep Wrangler with transfer case in to be replaced. I said the case has a 5 yr warranty but only if installed by a certified mechanic. At this time Bill said, "The shop is certified". Well, 7 months later my transfer case got a crack on the bottom and I needed a copy of their certification. At this time, to my dismay, I found out I was lied to. So, now I'm stuck with a cracked transfer case that I can't return. Also, I asked for a copy of their business licence thinking this my help, and Tim the owner refused to give me a copy saying, "It's a Federal document and it's against the law to make a copy". I told him that heating/air conditioning and roofers supply theirs to banks when a customer is getting a loan for services. Tim just said they are not allowed to and told me he is a Christian and wouldn't lie to me. Surprise, I was lied about their certification and, if not mistaken, Tim not being able to make me a copy of his business licence. Don't go here if you need to cover a warranty. Don't get me wrong Bill did a good job it's just I lost a replacement transfer case due to being misled. Next step Better Business Bureau of Kentucky.
