If I could rate lower I would. They have been rude as all get out and have gave us the run around. Not only have they flat lied but they could care less about the people going without main heat because they are a terrible company.

The company has awful customer service, Anita is useless, the state and county is now involved with a situation. I hope the company gets fined for false allegations
