The lady in the small office to the right side was extremely rude and unprofessional. Top-tier worst customer service I've ever received. I guess UPS standards for customer satisfaction are poor. I always preferred FedEx anyway. Boo.

Would not even give a frigging star but I guess I have to!! This company's customer service is the most misleading, unprofessional and to be honest, just blatant liers!! They will justify everything with some bozo answer until I just get physically tired of them spinning around like I'm in a washing machine, I would not EVER, and I mean EVER, recommend this sorry excuse for a company to my worst enemy!! Please UPS, DO NOT SEND ME AN I AM SORRY REPLY BACK, I KNOW EXACTLY HOW SORRY THIS COMPANY IS!!

My vendor sent my package UPS ground by mistake(they normally use surepost). So the only address given was my post office box. Upon the package arriving at the Baxter center someone took the liberty to print out physical address label for my package which they claimed was associated with my box number or near my residence. I located the package 2 miles away. luckily for me the individual who received it was an honest person as for the Baxter processing center how dare you just send my package to a random address because there is no delivery to PO box. I have an account through UPS I have used UPS surepost for over 2 years now in receiving packages. So there's no way to not know where a package should go? I blame it totally on sorriness on the part of UPS Ive received too many packages from that vendor to be shipped off to somewhere else that you let the computer randomly pick. If I could give zero Stars I would. I'm just totally disgusted with this. And then for the lady to tell me "well two miles is not that far". What do you mean not that far it was a $400 package! next door is too far I want it on MY front porch like I said it was ?

We usually get great service from the local UPS….until the holiday season starts! The temps they hire never get it right!!We actually got a message saying that our address is incorrect on a package that their driver “tried to deliver”. When I pulled it up, the address was exactly correct. The temps also seem to have a habit of deciding not to deliver everything on their truck, so after waiting all day for a delivery, we get a message saying that our delivery was “delayed”. Very irritating!!!!

YOU CAN ASK TO PICK UP PACKAGES HERE, JUST LIKE I DID WITH A SHIPMENT OF BULL FROG TADPOLES, INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR DELIVERY, BUT.....YOU CANNOT SHIP FROM THIS UPS LOCATION!!! I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED BUT, ALAS, NO RELIEF. I MUST GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN, DRIVE PAST TWO POST OFFICES, WAIT AT THIS BUSINESS TO SHIP UPS, I ALWAYS STOP AT THE 40831 POST OFFICE, CAUSE TIME IS VALUABLE.

I am being charged $86.25 on my credit card for a package that was supposed to have been delivered on 2/4/21 @ 2:44 pm. From the Baxter UPS location. Tracking number 1Z8Y80950379380996.. I did not receive this package!!! Wouldn’t have given 1 star but had to to leave a review! Want to file a complaint!!!!

All of my packages have been delivered to my neighbor. Our addresses are plain as day on our porches. We are both disabled and it’s a major inconvenience for us to walk back and forth exchanging packages. I order a lot online being disabled and I never had issues before. This just started this past month. I can’t get ahold of anyone to rectify this!! I’ve been trying to catch the driver out with no success!! Horrible job guys. Do better and PAY ATTENTION !!!

When a pkg shows sitting in the warehouse for 2 days and not delivered is ridiculous

Terrible at delivering. Apparently they can’t read a mailbox outside that has the house number clearly written on it. Had to almost jump up and down on my porch for one delivery and the other just went completely missing. Never had a problem with the hazard office delivering packages. Why am I having issues out of a place that’s even closer? Their employees must not care about delivering packages to the right location.
