Not a fan of picking up or calling back people. I have been here for years now and have my house car and a credit card through them. Tracey at my local bank is super nice and helpful I normally try to call her personally

Contradicting Comments, Shady and Untruthful Business Practices.. if I could rate WesBanco the bank Business, Negative ⭐'s We Would... Several Family and Friends Will Be Closing Their Accounts... Especially Their Disabled Clients...

Excellent customer service. I was there recently to sign some documents and there was an issue with their printers. I had to return on more than one occasion but completely understood that these issues can happen. To my surprise, I received a gift card and lovely note thanking me for my patience. I cannot remember any other doctor, lawyer, or institution that didn't just assume my time was not valuable and dismissed me if I had to wait for them. Thanks so much to the staff.

I'm very pleased with wesbanco. I didn't think I would be able to get another checking account because I had a closed one about 6 years ago due to bad financial management. Wesbanco was able to start me a checking and savings account right up the day I applied. I have now been banking with them for about two years. Everytime I go inside the branch they are all so helpful and very nice. They offer an online banking app that I got locked out of today and when I went in to deposit money in my account they set me up with a Lady that helped me change my password and get me right back into my account. I am very glad I have the opportunity to bank with this bank.

When this was a Your Community Bank it was great, the people who still work at the bank are helpful and friendly typically. However, since Wesbanco took over, the experiences I've had at this bank are pretty much nothing but terrible. The account changes, the website, everything is inferior to Your Community Bank. It's absolute trash. My account just randomly locked itself after one unsuccessful login attempt. I have requested to have a security question reset on multiple occasion and that didn't happen. The company is garbage, their portal sucks, their app sucks. The entire bank sucks. I'll be switching banks very soon.

The staff is always friendly and they have a branch on both sides of town so they are always close by. And as an added bonus for stopping by they have free cookies.
