“This was our first stop on our mini bourbon tour in Bardstown. 5 stars for the educational display downstairs that reviews the history of the distillery and includes various fun bourbon facts. This is self guided, but you can also reserve guided tours and tastings. We did our own tasting of 2 different flights in the tasting room upstairs, which is a nicely appointed space. My favorite was the 8 year old Fitzgerald, and watch out for mellow corn, which earned the 1 star deduction. Nothing mellow about that - one more shot of that down my gullet and I would have been able to jet engine myself home! Service was friendly but busy. Worth a stop on your tour for sure!”
