There was a young man, Trisden(?), who helped me with everything I was looking for. Very pleasant individual. He even found my keys and brought them to me.!! That young man was exceptionally pleasant worker and I commend him.

We placed an order for over 1000 pictures with the expectation that they would be ready in a few hours, but unfortunately, it took several days for them to become available. This delay posed some challenges in completing the project we were preparing for my niece's graduation party. Despite the hurdles, we managed to make the best of the situation. The most disheartening aspect of the experience was the discovery that we received numerous pictures that were not intended for us, and we also had missing photos. Fortunately, a helpful individual who happened to know us returned our photos to the store. However, when we went to pick them up, the store staff regrettably informed us that they were unable to locate the pictures and expressed little remorse as they suggested that the photos may have been discarded. Printing such a large number of photos incurred a significant expense, so the combination of delays and the lack of empathy regarding the missing images was disappointing and fell short of our expectations.

Worst pharmacy in history they have told 5 different times that my prescription would be ready an everytime I come to pick it up excuses don't ever come here if u want it right

This Walgreens needs to close or clean house on the entire staff. The pharmacy is horribly ran as well and does not care how long it takes to fill prescriptions. Just sad

Very slow and occasionally tries pushing meds onto another day causing potential health problems. You have to complain and say I need my heart med today not in 3 days bc I'll die before they will say we will get it ready today.

Was picking up medicine for someone and was given the wrong medicine that she doesn't even take anymore!They would not refund my money. People have so many problems with this pharmacy. Would not recommend.

They need to park behind the building.The neighborhood is safeIn the parking lot is well litThere is an easy accessible entrance accessible to all mobility typesThere is front door parking , as well as handicap, parking, and a drive-through window.Everything inside is wal greens as usual, with a large selection of make up, shampoos hairsprays other beauty productsThey have lots of medicinal items as well as a pharmacyYou can get your vaccines hereThe pharmacy has a small waiting area with several seatsAnd is wheelchair accessibleThey all for photo servicesWestern Union. there is a ATMThey small have a selection ofMajor liquor names,To include : Jose Cuervo, jack Daniels ,Woodford reserve and moreThey sell food items to include chips, snacks, sodas, and moreThey have a candy selection as well as gum.They offer seasonal decor, and seasonal items thoughout theYear.They have all the regular drugstore itemsThey have their own brand, which is a Walgreens lineI find that their prices are a little bit higher than some other competitors and it’s beneficial to watch for sales and couponsThere were a lot of people in the store on a Friday afternoon,so I appreciate that this Walgreen’sIs located in my community⛑️ ???? ?? ?? ? ???????????☕️?? ??? this Walgreens is located in the bourbon capital of the world on the bourbon trailIn the most beautiful small town according to Randy McNally, Bardstown, Kentucky

Walgreens hours ?A medication of which I was informed would be ready by 3pm 2 days ago. Today was still not ready according to my online account. So I called and waited on hold for 2 hours and then was hung up on. Oh heck no, I called back and on hold for 15 minutes as there are "2 callers ahead of you". I took my phone with me while still on hold and drove to Walgreens. Arrive and find a notice they close at 6 effective today due to "short staffing"Why would I wait on hold for 2 hours?.... because waiting on hold with this pharmacy for 1 1/2 hrs or more is their norm. Their recording did not indicate they now close at 6. There is no posting online they close at 6.Short staffing? It's been that way for years now. They either have a serious management problem or don't pay their staff enough or both. Surrounding communities with Walgreens have the same staffing issues but are more efficient.Why is it important to post this negativity? I have an actively dying family member. I lost 3 hours of valuable time with her. Time which can never be recouped.Walgreens corporate is to blame here. They have not stepped up to the plate to help the Bardstown store out.
