I would actually give 0 stars if possible. I agree with previous reviewer website and app are a joke. Also, customer service is the worst. Rudest people ever.

Online banking is a joke. Website is constantly going down so your bank account is never accurate. I have had multiple overdrafts fees because of these and they are quick to send you a notice in the mail that this has happened but no email or text warning of this before they charge you 33 dollars.
