Skip and Sydney tried to assist me on 1st day of issues. I went the store set on discontenting my network operations with Verizon. Sydney went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with Assistance from the business representative Chris. Both of them saved Verizon from loosing my business. Great job Guys”

“AT&T Store in Bardstown, Kentucky on October 2. We didn't mind waiting a few minutes. The employee who waited on us was very efficient and capable , and she was able to offer us knowledgeable advice, and provided excellent customer service. We were able to trade in one phone for a new model, and transfer our landline number to a new wireless account/phone. She told us of a discount we were eligible for. She also gave us information on DirecTv services that we asked about.There were only 2 staff in duty, and it was a busy afternoon, but we didn't feel as if she rushed through our transactions. She was entirely focused on meeting our needs.”
