AVOID!! This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Twice in the last month they have filled my prescriptions incorrectly (half the number of pills I was supposed to receive). Then argued with me about how many pills I received. Approximately 4 months ago, my wife went to fill her prescription and was told they could not fill the order. The doctor suggested an alternate medication, and the pharmacy told her they couldn't provide it even though it was in stock because they would "lose money" if they filled it. They never have anything in stock, and they don't make any special effort to fix that. I refill the same prescriptions every month and they are consistently out of stock. Maybe place an order if you know a customer has recurring refill. We switched to this place to try to patronize a local small business, but I'd rather utilize a chain then spend 5 hours a week arguing with them. STAY AWAY!!!

What a wonderful place! It was well stocked, clean, and well organized. We rented a transport chair. Great rental price and terrific equipment. The best thing about it, though, was the employees! They were outstanding!!! Friendly. Kind. Helpful. Knowledgeable. Pam was the main person I dealt with, and she was fantastic! I will definitely return for medical equipment in the future.

Was in-store a few days ago to pick up a prescription for a friend who can't get out at the moment. Noticed, and not the first time may I add, how down and upset the employees are. I've observed them crying and very emotional, being talked to like they were dogs and a certain dark haired woman on the phone telling anyone who called her life's problems and how her staff is so incompetent and useless. I had considered switching my business to this location but not after witnessing this more than once. I work in the medical field as well and I would never degrade my team especially in the open. Some need to realize that without your staff you are nothing, I'd be happy to make anyone of these hard workers a part of my team if they ever chose to leave because despite how they are treated they still take care of their customers. Management needs to see just how lucky they are to have them.

Switching to Medica has been the best decision we've ever made. I depend on medication every single day to function and the owner and employees go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. They are always kind and thorough every time I call or have any questions. I cannot say enough good things about Medica! I suggest everyone switch to them, you will not regret it!

Horrible customer service and rude employees!! Called to see if my prescription was ready and they didn’t have it in stock. I asked if they knew when they would and she said she ordered it and it would be here tomorrow or it wouldn’t- that’s helpful. Then she goes off on a rant about people out with the flu, names off a bunch of meds that are on back order, then proceeds to tell me it’s costing her more for the medicine than she’s making off of it. Thinking old girl was having a bad day I said ok thanks, bye and hung up. She calls me back and asks me if I hung up on her because she doesn’t appreciate being hung up on. I said yes I did thought the conversation was over she said she was still talking when I hung up because she’s trying so hard to help me (not true) and I listened to her rant and rave a little longer then asked if the conversation was over so I could hang up. Then she hung up on me- I’m guessing to get me back? All I could do at this point was laugh. Thankfully, there are plenty of other pharmacies to choose from and I had the prescription filled at a different pharmacy by the end of the day.

We switched from one of the grocery pharmacies in town and could not be happier. The personal attention and caring staff are top notch and always there for any questions or concerns you may have. Very fast and accurate service. Best pharmacy in town.

This is the 3rd time I have filled RX here that hair and dust particles has been inside of my medicine bottles. Are you all deliberately dropping my medicine on the floor or something? Last time the bottle I received looked like it had been dragged across the floor. It had scrapes, scratches and dirt all over it. Today there was hair and dust inside the bottle on the tablets. I do not know what is going on here. I may have to switch pharmacies because this is really sad and quite embarrassing. I am paying money for dirty medicine that I can not take. Is this even ethical business practices? Please clean your equipment and stop giving me dirty medicine.

My father had used this pharmacy up until December. His only medicine was for High blood pressure, he came in December to get his medicine which he gets 60 pills he was giving an iou for 50 pills (which is a very unprofessional way to say you don't have the order ready.) was only giving 10, fine he has to come back next week with his IOU in hand and is confronted saying that they didn't owe him anything he had picked it up the week prior at the day and time he was giving the IOU.... so they are telling him he was giving the iou and 60 pills the same day and time... Then when he stands there waiting to figure out how he's going to receive the rest of his medicine they ask him "why he is still standing there that they cannot do anything for him" so he request to speak to the pharmacist because he needs his medicine he's willing to pay the 14$ out of pocket the medicine cost and is still treated like he's asking to much the pharmacist who turns out to be the owner is rude,hateful treats him like he is not welcome she tell him to go sit down while she sees if she can do something for him Which turned out she could have just given him his medicine thaT he needed in the first place instead of treating her customers like crap. I am going to tell every single person I talk to about the situation I'm gonna let everybody know that this pharmacy and the owner of this pharmacy feels like she is above her patients and it's OK to hand out IOUs and then not give the medicine that they owe.

This is my preferred pharmacy in town. They are quick and efficient. The staff is happy to be there and they are always willing to answer questions. In my experience, they rarely run out of stock. I would recommend this pharmacy.
