I've had great dealings with this place. The people working there were very professional and reasonable to talk to. Some of the negative reviews seem to be from individuals who don't know how pawn shops work.

This was my first time ever going to a pawn shop to pawn some Katrina's off and see what I could get. I went in kind not knowing what to do really and was greeted with what felt like just pure annoyed receptionists even after they told me they couldn't take the swords I asked if there was another pawn shop near that may take them and was greeted with Hate in No! I will never be using this pawn shop ever again.

Won't sell long guns to indiana residents, offered no valid reason why. Wouldn't even transfer to an indiana ffl. Complete joke of a store.

This pawnshop is a joke! They want to give you so little for your stuff just to sell it for triple! Over the phone they'll tell you one thing just to get you in then they'll low-ball y'all. Checked out their ipads they have older models for $500 I got a new one for $300. How is that even legal? Better off finding somewhere else honestly. They're just money hungry.

Amazing deals people that have a heart and take your situation into account. Make sure if you pawn something get it out. They took care of me reasonable late fees as well. Will always go to this store. Matter of fact they had a 50”55” tv for like 150 that’s insane. Don’t bring older TVs in thats like bringing a flip phone. Great people and store. Hopefully the tv is still there Friday lol

I went to pick up my gun and went through the whole routine then was told it was because of the Brady Bill and to look it up. So I did and it said that they could hold up to 5 days when selling to a Unlicensed individual I have my license so I called up there and the owner or boss said he had asked me if I did which 100% he did not he asked for my ID but I was told now it’s too late since they did a background check and if they don’t hear anything I can pick it up Thursday in5 days..... doesn’t make since considering I have my ccw license u would think they could say oh well come get it SINCE THAT IS THE LAW. But no they are making me wait and he NEVER asked about a ccw or I would have said of course I have one. It’s a big headache For No Reason..... of course all this was after they got my money.... I will be glad to get it and never look back. It was wrong and Rude

They are great guys, with quite & laid back personalities. The only thing I can say negativity is that they are extremely picky about the types of items they take, even for pawn. They have a lot of nice things throughout the store for sale with fairly decent prices!
