Lines are long. Wait times are bad. They'll tell you that it's almost ready and you have to wait 20 minutes and then when you come back they say oh no, we don't have it. Try tomorrow.

Staff are wonderful, just shorthanded all the time. That's on Kroger. It's busy, hire more people. 45 minute wait everytime.

Love kroger, I'm there atleast 3-4 mornings thru the week. Easy to find stuff. The workers are nice and helpful if I need something.

Worst pharmacy in Bardstown. Used to be a good place to get meds not so much anymore I was in line for 55 mins to pick up meds.

I want my stars back This is one of the most incompetent bunch over all there has to be on earth The purple haired ttatto pierced idiot at the window is just stupidI was told 10 am pickup on the phone so I show up at 12 ish she says I'm slated to pickup at 2 but they can have it ready in .5hrs Well then ain't this a dandy being as I drove 55 miles to get here I'm done ill never use this pharmacy again I can't take it

This pharmacy too often makes mistakes in filling prescriptions and then does not accept responsibility for their errors. This shoddiness may cause them to v=be responsible for someone's death some day.

The pharmacist at this location was so caring and had my sick sons medicine ready in 20 minutes. Great service!

Good bit drive thru lines seem to always be a long wait. I got stuck 2nd in line right when they shut down for lunch so I was in line bout a 45 min wait or more 30 min for lunch. Couldn't get outta line. But good service friendly perople..well most of them anyhow

The Bardstown Kroger pharmacy is terrible. They are incredibly slow. Some days you can spend hours trying to call about your medication and never get through to anyone. I realize this isn't necessarily the fault of those that work in pharmacy, and is likely due to management not hiring and providing enough people, but it's getting ridiculous. I am disabled and live with chronic pain and when my pain meds are due for refill I am forced to call the day of and "request" that the pharmacy fill it. That is the only way to get my meds. And when I spend hours calling to try and make that "request" the pharmacy is basically holding my pain meds, that I need to function, hostage from me. People's medications can literally be life and death, and it is unacceptable that the pharmacy is so slow and insufficient.
