My name is Bonnie Spalding. I live in Bardstown, Ky. I received my chapter machine on September 11th. To make a long story short, I had problems. Whether it was my machine or me, your respiratory therapist worked until he figured it out. His name is Jon Hall. He comes here from Bowling Green, Ky. Please let him know how much I appreciate his persistence in getting it right for me. He took into account my physical disability with my left hand when I didn't think he was listening. Thank you.

Delightful young lady ( respiratory therapist) helped me at the Bardstown KY office today. We got the problem with my c-pap machine resolved in a reasonable amount of time. Plus I was able to get to see the therapist the same day I called with my problem.
