Fast, great quality and amazing customer service! We sent them a PDF file to be printed and bound into a book and we were extremely satisfied! It was ready so fast and the quality was great! We appreciate this great service and love supporting a locally owned business!

I called gba to get estimates on printing items for a gift. I asked on what media the item needed to be. I was given the pricing and told anything was "fine". She gave me the store hours and said have a good day. She forgot to mention they are NOT accepting in-store customers. They are only doing curbside business. You MUST, per the sign on the door, call ahead. Information she failed to provide over the phone. Important information. The delay in turn around is understandable considering COVID restrictions. Failure to provide information about NO in-store service, proper type of media and lack of ADA accessibility to their store is a HUGE issue. GBA has a basic monopoly in our area. It doesn't mean improper customer service should be acceptable.

Though friendly people working there, owner Oran Morton has proven himself to be a person of poor character whos word is not trustworthy. I will never do business with this man or company again.

I've used GBA before with no issues but today I had a different experience! I walked in around 9:45 a.m. and one person was on the phone helping a customer and three other people were standing around talking. I do believe they were talking about work. I stood there for a couple of minutes waiting without any acknowledgement from anyone and another person walked in. I was about a foot away from the counter when the other customer walked in and went straight to the counter. One woman quit talking and grabbed something and took it straight to him and checked him out. I got a perplexed look on my face and the gentleman that was talking when I came in held up his hands like he was surprised to see me and finally came to ask if he could help me. I asked several questions about how he could help me. He answered in a condescending way and I said Thank you and left. I guess I need to find me another print shop.

The prices are very cheap. The only complaint I would have is usually I have to have my order reprinted to get it right
