Since 2015, Franklin Family Chevrolet in Bardstown, KY has been my go to when my vehicles need servicing and I am always treated with courtesy! Give them a try!

Excellent service advisor, really helpful and knowledgeable. Service was complete and timely. These folks know how to treat customers. I drive about 45 minutes to this place rather than get poor service locally.

Best out of state vehicle purchase experience ever! Devin and Trey went above and beyond. We were treated like family. Their follow through and attention to detail, making everything go smoothly was a step above!

I had my truck serviced at Franklin last week, Jena was my contact person. She took care of my service, was very courteous and prompt. She kept me advised as time frame and any problems.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, and fast service. Cost of the oil change is one-third less than where we take our other car to be serviced. Their cost for our model Envision was over $100. Well worth the drive to Bardstown.

James was very helpful with letting us know what was going on with our car. We had to wait 3 weeks for a part from GMC. He let me know everything that was going on all the way to when we picke our car up
