I went there for a simple oil change. It was 9:00 am and they finished about 9:40. They said it was all ready. I drove it out of the bay myself and headed home. About a mile away my van started to smoke from the hood and my battery light was on and my power steering stopped working too. So I turned around and went back and they said they would fix it. They didn’t ask why I was back or what happen to my van like they already knew what was wrong. Ok they finished it again and again I had to drive it out of the bay myself and headed home. In the same spot my battery light popped on again. I went back again they said the oil shorted out the alternator and They had to find a new alternator. I am about 30 miles from my home and they said I could go home or wait. Did not offer to get a loaner car for me. Really did not offer nothing. So lucky there was a guy that knew my family and offered to take me home. He was a stranger but I had no choice because I had to get my kids from school. They finally called me back at 3:30 pm and said it was all ready to go. The whole problem started when they didn’t get the oil filter on right and oil went everywhere like under the hood bottom of the van and on the van itself. My husband got off of work from working 10 hours and we went straight to Bardstown. When we got there they were on the phone and didn’t even what to talk to us about what had happen. By the way they did offer us a free oil change but who wants to get burned twice and stuck there again. The van was purchased there and we have bought 2 other vehicles from there and this is how you treat your good and loyal customers.

This is the best dealership I've ever dealt with! George is an incredible general manager, Dylan was awesome as a sales rep and I would recommend him to anybody, and John was the first finance manager that was 100% up front about everything. I didn't feel pressured at all and these guys went above and beyond to locate the vehicle that I was looking for and even gave it to me at a lower price than I was expecting. 100% will be a lifelong Conway Heaton customer.

Would definitely NOT recommend this dealer to anyone! I recently bought a used vehicle from them and 1 WEEK later the transmission went out on it!! I understand that it is a used vehicle and you get what you pay for, but really?? $10,000 for 1 week is a bit ridiculous! I have tried to reach out to them and haven’t heard anything! The salesperson that I bought it from is the only person I have talked to and all she said was “that’s why we tried to get you into a new vehicle” and “you did sign an as is form”. Yes, I did but I honestly would expect the vehicle that I was told went through a 90 point inspection would have a transmission that could last at least 90 days! Trust me if I could afford a new vehicle I would have but since I have a ton of medical bills due to MS, I was trying to save some money and went with who I thought was a reputable business! Save your money and keep looking elsewhere! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Good experience but need to repair their office equipment that prints out what was done to the customers vehicle. Example tire tread depth, battery check etc. I have been a customer at this dealership for years and I ask for it every time I get my vehicle serviced and they tell me that it is broken. This is not acceptable in the modern era!

We knew absolutely nothing about Conway Heaton Ford prior to shopping there. We could not be happier with our experience of purchasing a brand new 2024 Ford Maverick from them!! Dylan Gephart is a great salesman!

Candice at Conway-Heaton is your girl. She helped put together a seamless sale and delivery of my new car. However the reason for only 4 stars is, somewhere along the way someone attached a front tag holder by directly screwing it to the front painted grill. Unacceptable on an expensive brand new car. I was disappointed that someone’s laziness affected a major purchase of mine. I felt disrespected. Conway-Heaton denied it was their people, however the vehicle was sold through their store…..
