Kip was a great advisor he promptly examined my car and recommended the piece that needed to be replaced. Would definitely recommend this place as they resolved my rather annoying issue with my car quickly.

First off I'll say that the office staff did a good job with their end of the deal. I can't say the same for the quality control or the craftsmanship of the work. While my repair was completed fairly quickly, I had several parts that weren't repaired or replaced correctly. Electrical connectors were left unplugged, wiring harness retainers were left loose causing the wiring to hang down and rub my tire. My remote start was inoperable after the repair because of a sensor left unplugged, my electric fans were not plugged in, and the air deflectors surrounding the radiator as well as the rubber bumpers supporting the bottom corners of the grill were never repaired or replaced. So all in, I give the office staff a fair rating but the quality of work was sub-par for what repairs cost.

I work with caliper in November 1923 with an individual named Charles. Charles did a fantastic job and getting my vehicle in fixed and out. The problem was that the horn was not working so I could not evaluate properly until it was accomplished. However, in the months coming, an individual named Kip came into play as the manager of the shop. Kip had the same spirit as Charles and was fully engaged of finishing the procedure to get the job done. Introduced me to James when I came to the shop who jumped on the vehicle and fixed it within minutes! I am so pleased with the level of service that they have rendered and would have no problem referring them to anyone else to get their work done for their vehicle - in my book I received five star service and believe all that do come here received the same expert level of assistance. Thank you very much.

I have waited to write this review until I was no longer angry. Caliber Collision is a preferred company for USAA. USAA advised me to write a review because that is how they decided if a company can keep their preferred status. My car was hit on the passenger door and mirror, I first took my car in the be fixed in January, after two weeks my car was completed. The door was a completely different color than the rest of my car. When I called back I was told “do you remember when I called you and told you we were having a hard time matching the paint, you can bring it back if you are not happy with it “. I returned my car to be met by the manager who apologized for the paint job and proceeded to get my car scheduled once again. My car is Ruby Red, the second time I picked my car up they blended the paint so I would not notice however, my car was painted a copper color, not red. I called the manager and expressed my dissatisfaction to which he replied with bring it back so we can look at it. Upon arrival he said the only thing he could see was a red car, however when the painter came out he was able to notice the color difference: At this point I have been without my car and out time and money having to take me car back and forth. During the last visit there, the manager advised me he would have his color match expert come and they would get my car right. I would never recommend this company to anyone, I would actually advise against it. I wonder why they didn’t have color expert come in if they could not match the color the first time. After my car was hit at the end of November my car was finally fixed mid March.

The customer service was excellent! They kept me informed on the process and what was happening with my vehicle daily. They even made extra arrangements to get my vehicle to.me when I couldn't pick it up due to a funeral. I will definitely use this shop again.

Caliber had my truck for 3.5 MONTHS! In February, the new estimator informed me parts hadn’t been getting ordered and he’d get the ball rolling. It still took 2 months and multiple updates pushing the completion. When the truck was finally done, I asked that Caliber absorb my $500 deductible to make things right. They said NO. After 3.5 months and admitting they dropped the ball on ordering parts, they refused to make it right by waiving $500. It was a $17,000 repair. Then when I went to pick the truck up, it was filthy. Bird poop all over it, dirt all of it. I went to clean the windshield, no windshield wiper fluid in it. The inside smelled like a chain smoker worked in it, there was so much dust you could see the streaks when I vacuumed it out. It was awful. Then after the 2nd time starting it, it started throwing codes. I took it to the Radcliff shop, he cleared the codes and called the Bardstown office to see if they recalibrated the computer system, turns out they did not and still were not going to do the recalibration. I left the Radcliff office with no appointment and the next time I started the truck; it started throwing codes, again. So now I must take it back to Caliber to get recalibrated when it should have been done before I picked it up. Terrible customer service and terrible management of the whole repair process. I do appreciate the Radcliff office and their efforts to help fix the codes, beyond that, I am very disappointed with my experience.
